Self Care Routine For Stress

In this blog, I share a recipe that you canuse to start managing and controlling your stress health journey by prioritizing self-care with this essential oil protocol.

Essential Oil Protocol for Stress Relief:

1- Take 1 AdaptivTM capsule with food every day.

2- Use an Adaptiv™ roller frequently throughout the day.

3- Choose three of the recommended oils in addition to basil and combine 10 drops of each in a 10 mL roller bottle with fractionated coconut oil. Recommended oils include Essential Oils: Adaptiv™ (3-part system), Bergamot, Vetiver, Black Spruce, and Lavender.

4- Rub the roller blend over your chest, on the back of your neck, along your spine, and on your feet several times per day.

5- Use PastTense® immediately before a predicted stressful event and use a Magnolia roller prior to bed.
